Boys study in the student library

Girls study in the College room #202

This is a group of students who want to grow deeper in their relationship with the Lord, and the best way to do that is to DIVE into the Word.  This group of students want to meet more than one night a week.  How could we say no to that?  Inspite of the craziness of life these guys & gals have carved out time to dig through the Bible.  The goal is to see the students develop a true relationship with our incredible God!  To know Him more we must grow in our knowledge of Him, not with just head knowledge (Oida) but transforming heart knowledge (Ginosko).

Wednesday Night

HUDDLE

6:30PM-8:00PM // 7th-12 Grade

Meet upstair in the Student Ministry Room

Wednesday Night starts with sweet fellowship and flows into worship!  Our student led praise team leads us in a couple of songs and then there’s a group lesson.  After that we break into HUDDLES for a more in-depth lesson.  We break up into 4 HUDDLES, older and younger guys & older and younger girls.  Our teachers are vetted, gifted, and have a heart for student ministry!  Our curriculum is solid, and we can give you a copy of the current lesson at any given time.  We would love to bless you with it!

CURRENT STUDY:

How Christ used hyperbole- really breaking it down and teaching our students how to understand the Word of God rightly and applicably.

Student Leadership & Development

Sunday night // 6:30PM-8:00PM // 7th-12 Grade

Sunday nights the students dig into the Word differently.  This is an hour and a half of what the students want to know using an interactive approach to look at what the Word of God says.  These are generally current topics but can also be timeless topics.  Certain subjects can be covered in one evening, and others may extend several Sundays.  For example: what does the Bible say about LGBTQ issues?  Or what does the Bible say about the value of human life? This is not a political view, but what God says in His Word concerning these matters and how that translates where the Lord has me right now.   Maybe a student has a family member or friend who is facing these challenges and the Word of God provides real answers.  Student Leadership & Development is designed to help mold the student into living life as a Christian where they are right now.  What conditions and beliefs has the Lord placed around them in their hobbies, teams, schools, co-ops, families, etc.?  Students realize they have their own relationship with Jesus (not because of their parents) and He is providing real sustenance to work through life issues.
